Pre-launch offer terms — “Register & get £22.50 off”

1. The offer

Register on our pre-launch registration form during the event window and £22.50 credit is added to your JIVORA account when the store opens for orders.

2. Event window

The event runs Sun, 1 Nov 2026 · from midnight to 11:59 pm (UK time). Registrations received outside this window are not accepted.

3. Who can take part

  • Open to residents of the UK and India aged [18] or over.
  • One registration per person and per email address. Repeat registrations with the same email are not counted again.

4. How the credit is applied

  • The credit is linked to the email address you registered with (and to your code, if one is shown, e.g. JIV-XXXXXX).
  • Create your JIVORA account with the same email at launch and the credit is added to it.

5. General

Price Promise terms — “Shop & Save”

Found it cheaper? We'll match the price or credit the difference on your next order. Selected products only — look for the Price Promise label.

1. Which products

  • Only toys marked “Price Promise” on our website at the time of purchase.
  • The other offer must be for the identical product (same brand, model, size, colour and condition), in stock and available to buy.
  • Qualifying retailers: [List — e.g. UK / Indian retailers with a physical or online store]. Not included: [e.g. marketplace sellers, auction sites, membership-only prices, clearance or bundle offers].
  • Prices are compared [including / excluding] delivery charges.

2. How to claim
